Barb received her college degree from Central Missouri University. After working with a Community Action Agency and teaching Head Start, she became a full time stay at home mom for her two daughters. She returned to the work force in 1991, when she and her husband Ernie started Capital Products. She handles personnel issues and accounts payable.

Today, Barb works part-time, is active in her church, and loves to read. She is “Nana” to Samara and Case and spends at least a couple of days a week with them. The entire family loves the houseboat, found on Table Rock Lake, outside of Branson, MO.
